About us
Our space was born from the wish to care for and improve the mind–body aspects of human health, seen through a holistic lens – because good health on the inside creates beauty on the outside and a sense of a good life.
At the heart of our mission is the wish to improve the quality of everyday life for every person by applying the right tools and methods. That is why we take an individual approach to every client, so that all the aspects needed to improve and restore their condition are addressed.
Our goal is to provide quality care for every pain, limitation or deficit, so that we can live in a society where care, professionalism and quality support for recovery are a moral value that accompanies our clients' everyday lives calmly and with ease – and in this way to contribute to public health as well.
To move in this direction, we choose to work with well-prepared professionals who have not only completed training and professional qualifications, but who also bring empathy and understanding to every client, as well as an inner drive for lifelong professional and personal growth.
Meet our team
Dr Teodora Tsolova
Kinesitherapist
She graduated in kinesitherapy in 2012 from the Vasil Levski National Sports Academy. She holds a master's degree in manual therapy and in 2019 defended a doctoral thesis on comprehensive kinesitherapy for neck pain syndrome.
She has worked as a kinesitherapist since 2010 using conventional methods, and with acupuncture since 2015. In 2022 she graduated in Health Management from the Medical University of Varna.
She has a strong interest and practice in the development and dysfunctions of the spine in adults and children, myofascial techniques, psychophysical regulation methods and acupuncture.
Visiting lecturer at the Department of Theory and Methodology of Kinesitherapy from 2014 to 2017. Leads massage training courses for professional qualification.
Sabina Nikolova
Kinesitherapist
She graduated in kinesitherapy in 2025 from the Vasil Levski National Sports Academy.
A former competitive athlete – an experience that shaped her life and her wish to work in the health professions as a kinesitherapist. She has a strong interest and practice in manual therapy, traumatology and sports traumatology.
Adriana Parvanova
Professional massage therapist
Having devoted her life to sport and movement, Adriana is a licensed aerobics instructor.
She worked in various fields until, in 2025, she found her new calling: she completed basic massage training, followed by advanced training in specialised techniques and massages.
Aleksandra Nikolova
Professional beautician
She graduated in Cosmetology in 2026 after five years of training. In her practice she focuses on natural skin care and natural methods.
She has a strong interest in rejuvenating techniques and emerging anti-ageing technologies, as well as in methods for keeping the skin looking natural at every age.
Completed a course in lash and brow lamination.
